SUMMARY:DXDIVERS Deerfield Beach Underwater Pier Clean-Up
DESCRIPTION:Join DXDIVERS for their Annual Deerfield Beach Underwater Pier Clean-up on June 15\, 2024. This event provides an opportunity to not only go on a beautiful dive\, but to help protect the ocean and marine life from plastic and debris. \nSchedule \n\n7:30 AM:Check-In | Staff will be nearby to assist with gear drop-off at 210 NE 21st Ave.\, and parking at 149 SE 21st Ave.* At check-in\, participants will receive a bag with a shirt\, swag\, and a raffle ticket\, as well as shears and a mesh bag for collecting debris.\n8 – 11AM Dive Time | You must be a certified scuba diver in order to use scuba equipment and dive the pier. Diving around the pier\, depending on the tide\, can range from 15-22 feet. There is a surrounding reef with depths up to 30 feet.\n11:15 AM Raffle | The drawing will take place at the DXDIVERS tent.\n\nFor registration and additional details\, visit DXDIVERS’ event webpage. \n*Map for gear drop-off and parking:
