Personal Emergency Action Plan: Why YOU Need One
Webinar Overview
Every diver should have a personal emergency action plan (or EAP) for every dive trip — even if that trip includes only one dive. EAPs provide you with crucial information specific to the location and type of diving you’re doing, and they should be customized for every dive excursion.
The exercise of creating an EAP will prompt you to think about various problems you may encounter and prepare you to mitigate them. Doing this prep work ahead of time will allow you to focus on managing an emergency rather than trying to determine how to manage during an emergency.
