The Boston Sea Rover is a 501(c)(3) all-volunteer non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness of the underwater world. Started in 1954 as a means of educating the public on how to safely use scuba, our yearly show has evolved into a world-renowned three-day event that draws attendees, presenters, and exhibitors from all over the world.

Beneath the Sea’s Consumer Ocean Adventure is an exposition celebrating scuba diving, travel, and underwater exploration. Every year, Beneath the Sea, gathers nearly 200 exhibitors and a host of experienced and respected international professionals working in all sectors of the scuba diving, ocean environmental, and underwater exploration communities. Together with the Beneath the Sea’s team of Directors and volunteers, they create a weekend of excitement, education, special events, and parties to celebrate the underwater arts, education, and science.
